Security Source Announces Acquisition of Martco

Security Source Announces Acquisition of MartcoLP Network, Inc., dba Security Source, announced that it completed the acquisition of the assets of Martco, Inc. on May 1, 2013.  Security Source identified Martco, a provider of video surveillance products and services to quick service restaurants, banks and convenience stores, as a way to enhance its service offering to nationwide retailers.

“When my family and I decided to sell our business, we were delighted to find Security Source – a company that shares our family’s commitment to excellence in customer service,” said Spencer Martin, CEO of Martco, Inc. and son of founder Nick Martin.

“Security Source has grown dramatically over the past eight years and the addition of Martco will accelerate our growth in the video surveillance industry,” remarked Justin Wormell, president of Security Source. “We anticipate no immediate changes to the structure or operations of Martco,” he added.
