G4S Technology Enters into Master Services Agreement with Cox Enterprise

G4S Technology has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Cox Enterprises. The agreement includes nationwide systems integration, new product installation and systems maintenance services. The agreement encompasses all Cox Enterprise subsidiary business units in the 39 states where the company operates. G4S Technology will also embed technical staffing in key locations.

What sets this agreement apart is that G4S Technology is able to offer Cox Enterprise true, single-source efficiencies through a unique layered security approach which allows for an increase in service levels and overall performance. The Cox Enterprises Master Services agreement is an example of the latest offering that G4S Technology has brought to market through their National Services Division. This division was formed to ensure G4S Technology customers like Cox Enterprises not only have the best technology and systems in place, but are able to have them maintained, manned, upgraded and tested through one provider, dedicated to maximizing the life and effectiveness of their investment. This division is another way G4S Technology is approaching a “customers for life” philosophy by offering unwavering peace of mind in a world of every changing technology and ever escalating threat.

Over the years, G4S has built a strong relationship with Cox Enterprises and works with its leadership to introduce security solutions that best meet the needs of the Cox businesses, with a specific focus on supporting physical security, safety initiatives, business continuity, and crisis management. In addition to the latest security technology integration development, G4S provides Cox Enterprises with security personnel and executive protection as well as RISK360, G4S’ incident and case management software.

Cox Enterprises is one of the nation’s leading communications, media, and automotive services company. With revenues of more than $15 billion and 50,000 employees, the company’s major subsidiaries include Cox Communications, Cox Automotive Group and Cox Media Group, Inc.

“As an experienced integrator, we know our customers like Cox Enterprises are heavily invested in their security and communications systems,” said Sam Belbina, president of G4S Technology. “We are dedicated to being there for them for the long-haul to ensure they are receiving maximum performance from their system, and in turn, the best return on their investment.”

“Cox Enterprises is happy to be extending our current relationship with G4S,” said Duane Ritter, vice president, Cox Corporate Security. “They have the proven experience and superior technology innovation Cox is looking for in a security partner. Their technology division brings the best solutions to the table with superior reliability and scalability that provides maximum return on investment and peace of mind for Cox employees and customers.”
