STANLEY Security Donates Percentage of Proceeds to Wounded Warrior Project

STANLEY Security, a provider of access control and integrated security solutions, announces that the company will donate a portion of all qualifying proceeds from purchases of BEST, PRECISION and STANLEY Commercial Hardware to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), effective now through December 28.

WWP is a nonprofit organization that was founded to raise awareness of the needs of the nation’s injured service members, and to foster a well-adjusted, successful community of injured service members through engaging aid, assistance and unique programs and services. By partnering with WWP through substantial contributions, STANLEY Security joins the national effort to honor and empower returning service members for their valor and dedication. STANLEY Mechanical Security has been a loyal donor to the organization since early 2014, having raised over $30,500 to-date, and remains committed to hiring veterans now and in the future.

“At STANLEY Security, we are incredibly proud to support the Wounded Warrior Project in any way we can,” said Chris Casazza, president of STANLEY Mechanical Security. “We view this organization as an invaluable resource to our nation’s injured heroes, and are committed to contributing to their programs of healing and encouragement as we welcome these courageous men and women home.”

With the promise to give back a portion of proceeds from qualifying customer product purchases, STANLEY Mechanical Security is committed to donating a minimum of $50,000 to WWP in 2014, of which it has already raised over $30,500.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
