Kaba Acquires Keyscan Inc.

Keyscan Inc. is pleased to announce it has been acquired by Kaba Holding AG based in Switzerland. This acquisition will strengthen both companies’ product offerings throughout the Americas.

Retaining its brand name, Keyscan will operate as a separate division of Kaba’s ADS Americas Group and continue to offer product excellence and innovation to the access control marketplace.
