BCDVideo Releases High-density SAN for Video Storage
BCDVideo announced the latest technology enhancement to their video storage portfolio with the release of their NetApp-based SuperNova Series of high-redundancy SAN Storage.

The SuperNova Series offers a high-density (4U) SAN storage system can be scaled modularly to eliminate concerns with ever-growing data and speed. For example, the BCD2760 allows the user to scale out from 40TB all the way to 100PB, so the ability to add cameras, and even days/years of retention is never an issue. The unique Dynamic Disk pooling feature, with eight times the restore rate over RAID 6, will allow even greater security protection and retention on the chance of a hard drive failure.
