Corbin Russwin Announces Custom Laser Engraving for Door Hardware

In response to the increasingly important role customization is playing in good design, ASSA ABLOY group brand Corbin Russwin is pleased to announce immediate availability of custom laser engraving on select commercial grade hardware offerings. With this new design option, the applications for adding sophisticated, personal styling are nearly endless.

“Designers consistently tell us how important hardware is to a facility’s overall aesthetic,” said Leslie Saunders, vice president of product management, ASSA ABLOY. “Custom laser engraving capabilities enable thoughtful design and brand identity to be incorporated wherever Grade 1 door hardware is used, in settings ranging from sports arenas and university dorms to executive suites and luxury hotels. Engraving is also a great way to provide eye-level visuals for ADA-compliant entryways, where they clearly identify patient rooms, exits and other important doorways.”

Custom laser engraving is available on Armstrong, Citation, Newport and Princeton standard levers; 102, 103, 124 and 125 Muséo decorative levers; ML2000 M mortise lock escutcheon; ED4000 and ED5000 exit device push pad and escutcheon; and HPSK push/pull paddle trim. It is also available in eight architectural finishes, with optional Microshield antimicrobial coating. The engraving is permanent and highly-durable, with a crisp aesthetic for door identification.
