ELERTS and Code Blue Announce Strategic Partnership for Emergency Communication

Code Blue Corporation, manufacturer of emergency communication solutions and ELERTS Corporation, have announced a strategic partnership to advance the growing market for emergency communication.

Development is underway for advanced integrations between the companies, allowing customers to use ELERTS’ sophisticated See Say mobile app and EscortME feature with Code Blue’s signature Help Points to act as a virtual security escort as people walk campus locations. Clicking on the app can efficiently send an emergency notification to campus security and also trigger lights, audible alerts or camera feeds associated with Code Blue’s Blue Light Emergency Phones. Additionally, Code Blue’s advanced mass notification system, Blue Alert MNS, will allow users to send event alerts to the See Say mobile app, providing a mobile layer to the customer’s dissemination plans.

“Our collaboration with Code Blue will help provide major security enhancements for colleges and other organizations,” ELERTS Chief Executive Officer Ed English said. “This new level of integration allows us to offer innovative and individualized emergency response programs for our clients.”

From a product and sales perspective, the partnership will give customers the ability to craft their ideal configuration for emergency notifications using a combination of each company’s products.

“Code Blue and ELERTS share a vision for a multi-layered approach to emergency response,” Code Blue Chief Operating Officer David Cook said. “This partnership will allow locations to effectively communicate with maximum customization by being able to integrate these platforms.”

This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
