Orion Entrance Control, Inc. Heading to Boston

In just a few short days, Orion Entrance Control, Inc., a manufacturer of innovative and customized access control solutions, will be on its way to Boston, Massachusetts to participate in ASIS Boston Chapter’s Annual Expo. Taking place on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 7:30am to 3:00pm at Holiday Inn Boxborough, Orion will be in booth #33, demonstrating some of their solutions that add a modern look to any facility while maintaining the highest security standards.

Orion will be highlighting their Beam Scanning Optical Detection (BSOD) technology, an algorithmic pattern that allows authorized users to effortlessly pass through the lanes of barriers while easily manipulating laptop bags, briefcases, bags and purses. BSOD allows for faster throughput as it scans the lanes in both directions simultaneously, and the lane’s ¼-inch detection provides a low number of false alarms with the highest degree of security screening.

“We are excited to be a part of ASIS Boston again this year,” said Orion Entrance Control, Inc. Sales Manager, Tom Elliott. “Orion has several new and enhanced offerings that will be of interest to those responsible for securing assets and managing occupancy.”

After 33 years of successful EXPOs, ASIS Boston’s Chapter expects the Security EXPO of 2015 to be one of the largest tradeshow and educational experiences in the history of their chapter. Circulating around the EXPO floor, attendees will learn new information, interact with products and gain valuable insight to current issues that security professionals face. There will be various speakers addressing topics from relationship violence to accountability to the top ten global security risks in addition to the chapter’s honored guest and speaker, Colonel Timothy P. Alben, Massachusetts State Police.

Orion Entrance Control, Inc. cordially invites you to stop by booth #33 to see their BSOD technology in action, interact with friendly team members who are truly there to serve you and learn about the company’s green initiative in which recycled steel, Paperstone and bamboo is utilized whenever possible.
