AlertEnterprise Introduces the First Cloud-Based Corporate Class Visitor Management Solution at ISC West 2015

With ISC West 2015 as the backdrop, AlertEnterprise today announced Visitor Express, a visitor management solution built and delivered entirely in the cloud. Visitor Express is a the cloud-based version of Guardian Visitor, a corporate class visitor management solution specifically designed for medium and large-sized organizations, most of whom need to meet a variety of regulatory compliance requirements.

We are delivering a true enterprise security convergence application in the cloud, with the option of integrating back to a variety of IT, physical security and OT applications. This is ideal for operators of critical infrastructure who are seeing an increase in non-employee access to their most sensitive assets."

Visitor Express is the first cloud-based visitor management system that is pre-integrated with multi-vendor access control systems and insider threat monitoring via AlertEnterprise's Sentry Intelligent PSIM. Visitor Management streamlines the arrivals of visitors by automating key processes. Visitor Express enables visits, pre-enrolls visitors, validates access against black lists and then notifies hosts via email, phone and SMS notification. It enables organizations to create and print visitor passes and manage escorts to automate the entire process of granting access to critical areas, with host sponsors informed about risk every step of the way.

According to Jasvir Gill, Founder and CEO of AlertEnterprise, "Corporate class protection starts at the point of entry into the enterprise. Visitor Express delivers a risk-based approach to Visitor Management with support for all kinds of organizations." He goes on to add, "Visitor management can be most effective when access control and insider threat monitoring are an integral part of the solution. Only AlertEnterprise delivers that combined capability."

As part of the Guardian Physical PIAM Software family, Visitor Express leverages the same existing connectors and adapters to a variety of enterprise applications, meet compliance requirements and integrate with all major access control systems. An on premise version of the software is available as Guardian Visitor. Support for a tablet-based kiosk supports complete self-service registration. The kiosk is sleek and stylish, making it desirable in both form and function, and a welcome addition to the corporate lobby.

"Enterprises have been seeking the flexibility to include their security costs as part of their operational expense," adds Pan Kamal, Vice President of Marketing, at AlertEnterprise. Kamal continues, "We are delivering a true enterprise security convergence application in the cloud, with the option of integrating back to a variety of IT, physical security and OT applications. This is ideal for operators of critical infrastructure who are seeing an increase in non-employee access to their most sensitive assets." AlertEnterprise will be demonstrating their solution at Booth No. 22125 during ISC West 2015 being held in Las Vegas April 15-17, 2015.
