SureView Systems Announces Integration with PPM

SureView Systems, a global provider of commercial central station and enterprise command center software, announced a new integration for its Immix Command Center software platform with Perspective,  incident and investigation management software from PPM. Combining Perspective by PPM’s comprehensive incident management capabilities with the extensive library of SureView Systems Immix integrations and automated event and alarm response features enables organizations to consolidate their systems, processes and data for a truly complete security management solution.

SureView Immix CC Enterprise Command Center Software is designed to combine the capabilities of multiple disparate security systems and business processes together, including video surveillance, access control, IP audio, geo-mapping, risk management and compliance under a single, unified platform. Perspective is an end-to-end software solution for responding to, reporting on and analyzing enterprise security events—from dispatches to activities, incidents to investigations. Immix CC serves as the central command center platform, receiving alerts from Perspective to enable new levels of security response and intelligence. Automated activity and incident reports are imported into Immix to streamline event management and maximize security efforts.

“The integration between Immix CC and Perspective provides unparalleled, end-to-end incident management,” said Brian McIlravey, executive vice president, PPM. “Immix’s incredible ability to handle alerts from all inbound security and life-safety systems provides the situational awareness and response needed by command center personnel, then dynamically generates activity and incident reports in Perspective based on event-driven criteria. This is the true connecting, communicating and integrating that security experts expect.”

“Our latest integration with PPM’s powerful suite of incident and investigation management tools is yet another example of our commitment to the market and the customers we serve to deliver end-to-end solutions that produce compelling ROI and enhanced operational effectiveness,” said Rob Hile, director of Enterprise Command Centers, SureView Systems. “By design, all event and alarm data, including any associated video, can be automatically imported into a detailed incident report without the need for hours of tedious manual data entry. This saves users time and money, while reducing the number of potential mistakes that can occur when data is manually entered between the two systems.”
