U.S. Security Associates (USA), through its wholly owned affiliate, Andrews International LLC, announced the acquisition of Entourage Security Management, a London security firm, in a news release. The globalization of business is leading more and more clients to seek security solutions outside the U.S. borders and this move establishes a strong foothold for the company in Europe.

Entourage provides uniformed security services, executive protection, special event staffing, and security & risk management consultation. Entourage offers custom-tailored programs for high-end clients and unique security profiles and needs. They specialize in corporate, hotel, retail and event security and serve a portfolio of premier global clients.

Wyckoff said in the release. “Through organic growth and key acquisitions like Entourage, we are building our presence in the international markets where clients need us.”

Both companies believe in the same common goals and missions, making the transition very smooth.

“Our mission is to be our clients’ most valuable service provider: a genuine asset to their business that protects and enhances their reputation,” Co-Founder and Managing Director of Entourage, Troy Hewitt said in the release. “We believe that Andrews International shares that mission and that this acquisition will bring great opportunities to both our clients and our employees.”
