New US Leadership Team for Paxton Access Inc

Paxton Access, the manufacturer of IP access control and door entry solutions, has announced a new leadership team at its US office, covering the key areas of sales, operations and HR.

Paxton Access, the manufacturer of IP access control and door entry solutions, has announced a new leadership team at its US office, covering the key areas of sales, operations and HR.  This announcement forms part of Paxton Inc’s growth strategy for 2017 and the team is in place to help drive the company’s expansion in the North American security market.

Jonathan Lach will be working with the company to oversee sales activity across the region.  His first priority with Paxton will be to help grow the number of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) covering the US, in order to provide the highest level of support and service to their dealer network.  Paxton is splitting the country into ten separate sales regions each covered by an RSM who will focus on maintaining existing relationships with dealers and growing the customer base.

Jonathan previously worked for Future Electronics for 19 years, his last position being Director of Corporate Sales where he was responsible for a sales revenue of $100M.

Jonathan said “Paxton has experienced some impressive growth in the last few years and with the current investment in people and products, this is an exciting time to be working with the company.

“Hearing continuous feedback from customers about how simple and effective the products are, as well as the phenomenal daily feedback the technical support team get, confirms that I’ll be working alongside a winning team that is only getting stronger.”

Chris Wilson, who was previously Product Manager at Paxton has now taken responsibility for Operations.  Chris will oversee the US support team, warehousing and dispatch along with oversight for Product Management for the company’s Net2 and Paxton BLU access control systems.  Launched last year, Paxton BLU is a cloud-based access control system that can be managed from anywhere via any internet connected PC or wireless device.

Beth Brown joins to oversee the HR function at the Greenville office.  Beth will work closely with the HR Director at Paxton’s UK office to develop a positive global company culture, supporting employee development and training throughout the organization.

Beth has over 16 years’ experience previously as the Director of HR for an electrical distributor.  There she played a key role in the company’s expansion as the business grew to over 350 employees across 19 locations.

Commenting on her new position Beth said: “The role at Paxton really appealed to me because of the market growth opportunities here in the US.  A positive company culture isn’t something you can truly define, you have to experience it, and I have definitely experienced this early on with Paxton.

“I am excited to have joined the team and it’s great to see the amount of development opportunities available at Paxton Inc.”

In order to offer the world class standard of after-sales care the company is known for globally, Paxton recently doubled the size of its US and Latin American technical support team.  Details of a new, nationwide dealer training program for both Net2 and Paxton BLU will also be announced later this month.
