SALTO Systems Names Rose Jones As Associate Product Manager

SALTO Systems has appointed Rose Jones to the new position of associate product manager.

Jones is responsible for managing key areas related to the success and marketability of SALTO’s products and services including product introduction and launch, customer feedback, feature development and integration requests. She reports to SALTO Technical Director North & Latin America Luis Saldaña.

“Rose has a tremendous amount of experience in product management with some of the biggest names in business and we are fortunate to have her join the SALTO team,” said Saldaña. “Her strengths lie in bringing technology into the physical world which perfectly complements SALTO’s ability to develop and manufacture innovative and cutting-edge access control and electronic lock solutions.”

Jones joins SALTO from Toyota, where she served as a multimedia planner. She has also served as a product manager for Verizon Telematics/Hughes Telematics; Digital Blue, Inc.; Giant International and Motorola.

“I’ve been a product manager for over seventeen years and have spent the last 10 years working in the IoT space,” said Jones. “SALTO is a great fit for me with all of the exciting things happening in both hardware and software development. I look forward to working with everyone and helping to continue the upward growth of SALTO.”

Jones has a master’s degree in engineering management with a concentration in product management and marketing from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Howard University.
