Sargent and Greenleaf Announce Palmer's Security Solutions As Its Authorized Global Service Center

As a primary element to this partnership, PSS will also provide technical training to S&G’s customers for S&G 2890B pedestrian door lock, and S&G’s government approved combination lock, S&G 2740B.

Sargent and Greenleaf (S&G), a manufacturer of high-quality mechanical and electronic locks, announces that Palmer’s Security Solutions (PSS), headquartered in Warrenton, Virginia, will serve as its Authorized Global Service and Training Center.

As a primary element to this partnership, PSS will also provide technical training to S&G’s customers for S&G 2890B pedestrian door lock, and S&G’s government approved combination lock, S&G 2740B. The comprehensive, hands-on training will review the entire process from initial installation to completion, instructions on lever and panic bar products and the new Automatic Bolt Retraction solution. While the majority of classes will be held at PSS’s headquarters in Warrenton, Virginia, sessions will also be offered at any S&G customer location nationally and internationally, as needed.

In addition to training, PSS will provide a full range of services for S&G 2890B and S&G 2740B locks. Customers are able to receive assistance on warranty support and any potential service issues; locally on-site repairs and installation are also provided. Replacement parts and products will now be available for same-day pickup or global delivery. All technical calls and help desk tickets, whether locally, nationally or internationally will be fielded from PSS headquarters.

“As an industry leader in door opening solutions, we are excited to partner with Palmer’s Security Solutions to provide our customers with the necessary training for our secure egress products,” said Mark LeMire, CEO, Sargent and Greenleaf. “Palmer’s Security Solutions’ presence in the Washington, D.C. area will be immensely beneficial to our customers and will allow them to participate in centralized product training around the key areas of proper installation, while, at the same time, having the opportunity to experience better access to our services.”

“This training partnership is an integral part to the success of the 2890B and 2740B product line for those who purchase and install these locking systems,” said Michael Brislin, Vice President, Palmer’s Security Solutions. “Our field experienced instructors will provide a high energy, informative and real field condition-based training to the course attendees.”
