Allied Universal Acquires New Jersey-Based APG Security

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company in North America, has acquired APG Security--a South Amboy, New Jersey--based company offering manned guarding and investigative services on a national level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

For more than 42 years, APG Security has been protecting businesses and people by providing top-notch security solutions. APG Security provides its clients with highly trained uniformed security officers, residential and commercial security, special events.
