Allied Universal® Acquires San Francisco-Based Security Integration Inc.

Allied Universal® has announced the acquisition of Security Integration, Inc., a security systems company based in San Rafael, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of Security Integration is an important step in our long-term strategic plan to leverage technology across our entire business footprint especially in Northern California,” said Steve Jones, chairman and CEO of Allied Universal.

Security Integration, Inc. provides innovative electronic security solutions to help solve complex security challenges for a wide variety of customers across northern California. Founded in 2006, the company’s technical experts serve any size security application from small, single site installation to large, multi-site, multi-location projects.

The addition of Security Integration, Inc. will expand the company’s rapidly-growing Allied Universal® Technology Services division, which provides electronic access control, video surveillance, fire/life safety, alarm monitoring, emergency communications, hosted /managed services and a variety of Global Security Operating Center (GSOC-as-a-Service) offerings.
