Allied Universal® recently won 3rd place for HR.com’s coveted Winners Circle award in the Best Experienced/Senior Leaders category for the company’s Next Level Leadership Program at the 38th Annual LEAD Awards, which celebrates global leadership development programs.

“The Allied Universal Next Level Leadership Program focuses on further developing our high-potential managers and vice presidents to improve performance, increase leadership competencies and ensure readiness for executive level positions,” said Libi del Villar, manager, Talent Development at Allied Universal. “Allied Universal is committed to focusing on our employees’ career advancement and their development. The 38th LEAD Awards was broadcast virtually as part of The Virtual Human Experience Summit held last month. The LEAD Awards is a celebration of global leadership development programs that recognizes employers, companies and institutions that have implemented or internally developed programs to support, grow and sustain their leadership team.
