Zenitel Names Jennifer Kozak Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager

Zenitel has announced the hiring of a key relationship executive in its Americas Onshore Business Unit. Jennifer Kozak has been named Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager, reporting to Kelly Lake, Director of Global Strategic Alliances.

Zenitel’s strategic alliances program supports manufacturer partners who integrate Zenitel’s intelligent communication solutions into their business. Kozak will also work with Zenitel’s technology partners to help ensure the continued successful product integrations of Zenitel’s audio solutions with leading video surveillance and access control platforms.

Kozak brings a wealth of knowledge from her 10 years working in the security industry, both in the United States and Canada. During that time, she led marketing teams and worked alongside Sales, Business Development, and Operations to develop strategies and deliver value to partners through co-marketing, enablement, events, and lead generation. Her experience expands to other industries within education technology, food and beverage, and health and wellness.

Her previous roles have included marketing positions with Axis Communications and Lexia Learning, in addition to loss prevention and customer service roles with Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc.

“I am thrilled to welcome Jennifer to the Strategic Alliance program at Zenitel,” said Kelly Lake. “With her combination of positive energy, professionalism, and creativity, Jennifer will be a valuable asset to both our own Zenitel team and our entire ecosystem of technology partners. Together, we’ll continue to advance Zenitel’s industry-leading approach to strategic partnerships and collaboration.”

“It was clear to me from the beginning that Zenitel is special – the people, core values, quality products and solutions and the greater company mission,” Kozak said. “I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience from the security industry to support Zenitel’s mission - to keep people safe, by enabling everyone to hear, be heard and be understood – every time and everywhere.”
