Convergint Acquires Panavidéo Inc., Expanding Systems Integration Business in Canada

Convergint, a provider of service-based systems integration, today announced that it has acquired Panavidéo Inc.—a Canada-headquartered integrator that specializes in the design, implementation, and servicing of intricate, cutting-edge access control and video security solutions throughout Quebec.
