NAPCO Promotes Ray Krispin to VP of Sales, Marks USA & Alarm Lock

NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. announces the promotion of Ray Krispin to Vice President of Sales, Marks USA and Alarm Lock. In this expanded role, Krispin will unify the sales and independent rep teams across both NAPCO Locking Solutions divisions — Alarm Lock and Marks USA — to deliver a more seamless customer experience and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and integrators nationwide.

Supporting this initiative, NAPCO also promoted Chris Davila and Tom Masterson to Business Development Managers, representing both electronic and mechanical locking solutions. Together, the team will focus on growing market share, launching innovative product lines, and providing enhanced customer support across North America.

Adding to the momentum, the NAPCO Access Group will debut its new MVP EZ™ Cloud-Based Platform, designed for use with Alarm Lock Trilogy® and ArchiTech® PIN/Prox locks as well as Marks USA’s new Smart Interconnected Deadbolts. MVP EZ offers a powerful yet simple solution for managing access, enabling remote programming, monitoring, and control of locks from any browser or mobile device—ideal for SMBs with just a few doors and users, yet fully scalable to large commercial facilities using MVP Access® Enterprise. As part of this initiative and expanded leadership alignment, Krispin will report to Peter Lowenstein, VP, Sales for the NAPCO Access Group, which also includes Continental Access, known for large enterprise integrated systems.

Krispin is based in New York and can be reached at [email protected] or 516-675-2580. For more information, visit www.marksusa.com and www.alarmlock.com, or call NAPCO Inside Sales at 1-800-645-9445. See NAPCO, Alarm Lock & Marks USA at GSX Expo 2025 in New Orleans, starting Sept. 29.
