System Surveyor Launches Integration Marketplace

New platform expansion enables security integrators to synchronize site surveys with CRM and ERP software, streamlining project lifecycles.

System Surveyor has expanded its digital design platform with the launch of the System Surveyor Integration Marketplace and System Surveyor Connectors. The new tools allow technology integrators to connect site survey and system design data with various business software applications.

The expansion introduces out-of-the-box integrations intended to reduce manual data entry by synchronizing data fields across different stages of a project. Initial integrations available at launch include connectors for Oracle NetSuite and HubSpot.

The marketplace is designed to support three different implementation methods: pre-built integrations available directly through the platform, configurable integrations using guided setup tools, and custom integrations that utilize the company’s API.

“The System Surveyor Integration Marketplace and Connectors enable our users to integrate with back-office software to streamline workflows,” said Chris Hugman, co-founder and CEO of System Surveyor.

By linking design data directly to ERP and CRM platforms, users can automate the flow of bills of materials and project data. This connectivity is intended to accelerate the proposal process and ensure consistency across different departments, from sales to project management.

Stone Security, a BearCom Company, is among the early adopters of the Oracle NetSuite integration.

“By pulling products directly from NetSuite, we are able to automate much of the quoting process while eliminating many duplicative tasks for the sales, projects and support teams,” said Aaron Simpson, vice president of Stone Security.

The company indicated that additional integrations for other software platforms are planned for future release.
