Women in Security Forum Power 100 Honorees Announced

The security industry recognizes 100 women for leadership, innovation and diversity efforts within the global safety and technology sectors.

A new class of leaders has been named to the 2026 Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100. This annual initiative recognizes 100 women in the security industry for their leadership, innovation and significant contributions to the field.

The Power 100 program, developed by the SIA Women in Security Forum, highlights individuals who are breaking barriers and redefining leadership within the industry. The 2026 class includes professionals from various sectors, including physical security, cybersecurity and risk management.

“This year’s Power 100 selection process was extraordinarily competitive, which speaks volumes about the depth of talent across our industry,” said Candice Aragon, chair of the Women in Security Forum. “The women recognized on this list are leaders, innovators, mentors and changemakers who are shaping the future of security every day.”

The announcement coincides with International Women’s Day, a global event that celebrates the achievements of women and serves as a call to action for gender equality. The forum was established in 2018 to support professional development and networking for women in the industry.

The 2026 honorees represent a diverse range of companies and organizations, including global technology firms, security integrators and educational institutions. Many of the awardees were nominated by colleagues, including male allies who support the advancement of women in the workforce.

Honorees will be recognized during a special event at ISC West in Las Vegas, one of the industry's largest trade shows. The forum continues to provide resources such as the WISF Scholarship to further its mission of fostering diversity and inclusion.

The full list of 2026 Power 100 honorees features executives, engineers and strategists from around the world who are credited with driving progress and innovation in security technology and policy.
