Last week was my second ISC West and my second trip to Las Vegas. I wrote previously about how we’re long out of the dark days of the pandemic, but I wasn’t prepared for the spectacle of the show floor—not just the exhibitors, but the sheer number of attendees.

Hexagon’s Accur8vision is a volumetric detection system that employs LiDAR technology to safeguard entire areas. Whenever it detects movement in a specified zone, it automatically differentiates a threat from a nonthreat, and immediately notifies security staff if necessary.
