Securitas Systems Acquires F+H electronic In Germany

Securitas Systems has acquired F+H electronic in Germany. The company offers electronic security systems solutions and services to the industrial and banking sector. With the acquisition of F+H electronic, Securitas Systems strengthens its nationwide presence and activities in Germany.

F+H electronic employs 35 people and had an annual turnover of MSEK 42 (MEUR 4.5) in 2006. The acquisition concluded September 5 and is expected to marginally contribute to Securitas Systems sales and result in 2007.

“F+H electronic is a company with high capabilities within integrated security systems. With this acquisition we will secure and strengthen our position in security systems integration on the German market” said Juan Vallejo, CEO and president of Securitas Systems AB.
