The Fujitsu PalmSecure authentication system is a palm vein based authentication system that utilizes the latest in biometric security technology. The contact-less device offers an easy-to-use, hygienic solution for identity verification, answering a worldwide need from verticals including the government, healthcare institutions, and the private sector. The PalmSecure was recently deployed throughout the Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS) as a part of a solution to effectively register patients' information, and protect their medical records and identities.
