IndigoVision IP Cameras Safeguarding U.S.-Canadian Border Crossings

IndigoVision, a manufacturer of complete IP video security solutions, has announced the award of a North American contract.

The Canadian Border Security Agency  has chosen IndigoVision’s IP CCTV surveillance solution to provide protection for the U.S.-Canadian border crossings from the East to West coast.

This will be one of the first projects to deploy IndigoVision’s recently launched range of high-definition IP cameras. This contract coincides with the company’s plans for continued expansion in North America which include the appointment of a new Sales vice president and significant growth in the sales team.

Bill McQuade has been promoted to vice president sales for North America, heading up the existing team and driving forward the expansion for the coming year. McQuade has worked for IndigoVision for 5 years in senior sales roles and has extensive experience of the North American CCTV market.

“With our exceptional year-on-year growth and rapid expansion of the sales team in North America, it was important to appoint someone of Bill’s experience to manage the sales operation,” Oliver Vellacott, IndigoVision’s CEO said. “In order to build on our recent high-profile wins and maintain the company’s growth we will continue to invest and support our North American partners. Bill will play a key part in achieving this goal.”
