GVI Security Solutions To Provide IP Video Surveillance Solution For Brazil Mass Transit System

GVI Security Solutions Inc. recently announced that it will provide a comprehensive Samsung Electronics IP video solution for the São Paulo, Brazil mass transit system.

"With a population of more than 11 million, São Paulo is the largest city in South America, and one of the fastest growing cities in the world,” said Fernando Tomasiello, GVI senior vice president for international operations and sales. “As their mass transit system rapidly grows to meet the needs of their expanding population, the ease of deployment and rapid scalability of our GVI Samsung IP video solution made it the ideal choice for a system with an ongoing need to continually upgrade and expand their video security infrastructure.”

The GVI Samsung Electronics IP video surveillance solution for the São Paulo mass transit system, one of the largest in the world, with daily ridership of more than 5 million, features a range of GVI Samsung Electronics IP networked products including IP high-resolution day/night color video surveillance cameras and IP PTZ high-resolution day/night dome cameras. The project installation is expected to be completed during the current quarter.
