Basler Vision Technologies Appoints Renee Janda to U.S. Regional Sales Manager

Basler Vision Technologies has appointed Renee Janda as a new regional sales manager for Basler IP cameras. Renee will be based in Katy, Texas, and will be responsible for customers in the Midwest, from Texas to Minnesota.

Janda has more than eight years of experience in the security industry developing territories and growing sales. During her career, Janda has closed big projects, especially in the school and education markets, and she has developed strong relationships within the security industry.

“I am very pleased that we are expanding our security sales force in the U.S. with Renee Janda. With her sales experience and thorough understanding of the security market, I am confident that Renee will help us to further grow our sales in the security industry,” said Marko Vogt, sales manager IP components, Basler Inc., USA.

Basler’s megapixel IP cameras are designed and manufactured in Germany. Basler is currently expanding the IP camera product range to include new CCD sensor models with frame rates of up to 100 fps and CMOS sensor models with resolutions up to 5 megapixels. In 2011, Basler will be exhibiting at the ISC West in Las Vegas, at the IFSEC show in Birmingham, UK, at the ASIS show in Orlando and at the ISC Solutions in New York.
