AMAG Creates New Position on Training and Support Team

AMAG Technology has hired industry veteran Tina Serafin as its new director of professional services, training and software support. Hired for a new position at AMAG, Serafin is in charge of AMAG's professional services department, all training initiatives and objectives, and managing the software site agreement program. Serafin reports to Vice President of Technical Services Ray Payne.

"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to manage a great department within AMAG, and to work with the team to achieve service delivery improvements in proservices, training and software support," Serafin said.

"Tina's experienced skill set will provide our customers with a higher level of exceptional customer service and support," Payne said. "We are thrilled to have her depth of experience as part of our proservices, training and software support teams."

Tina comes to AMAG after 12 years at Lenel Systems International, where she worked her way up from trainer to vice president of global gervices. As vice president, Serafin provided executive leadership with direct responsibility for both service execution and sales results for the Lenel and Guardall UTC companies.  She implemented improved processes within her department which significantly increased customer satisfaction ratings, and led quality initiatives that resulted in more effective service delivery.
