OHS Magazine to Host Twitter Conversation on Japanese Nuclear Disaster

Security Products’ sister publication, Occupational Health and Safety magazine, is hosting a one-hour Twitter conversation Tuesday, March 29, on "Lessons from the Japanese Disaster" with nuclear experts, including Nate Ames, director of the Nuclear Fabrication Consortium at EWI,  James W. Satterfield, president and COO of Firestorm Solutions LLC., and Barry R. Weissman, Weissman Consultants.

The conversation will take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. CST at http://twitter.com/OccHealthSafety and will include the security and safety implications for first-responders under the hashtag #ohsjapanchat.

“We expect a lot of people in our audience – including safety and security professionals, emergency first-responders and environmental professionals – will be interested in discussing the consequences of this disaster,” said Jerry Laws, OHS editor. “We’re expecting a great dialogue from multiple perspectives.”
