BriefCam Launches VS Forensics Version 1.4 With Multi-Language Support

In time for IFSEC 2011, BriefCam has launched VS Forensics V 1.4 with multi-language support, including Simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese and Korean. Multi-language support was developed to meet growing demand from the Asia-Pacific market.

BriefCam VS Forensics is an easy-to- use offline application that enables users to review footage, create, view and export Video Synopsis for investigative purposes.

VS Forensics is a stand-alone product that does not require integration with a DVR/NVR, and can summarize an unlimited number of video files simultaneously.

Other new features for VS Forensics V 1.4: support for Windows 7, multiple and unified clip selection, expanded CODEC support and virtual machine support.

Many of the same features are incorporated into BriefCam's VS Online for real-time video review, including virtual machine support which enterprise users to run VS Online on high-end, high channel count systems in a cost effective, scalable way.

BriefCam products import and process video from the systems commonly used by law enforcement, government agencies, educational facilities, municipalities and loss prevention organizations.

BriefCam's technology partners include: Axis Communication, Genetec, Magal-Senstar, Milestone Systems, NICE Systems, On-Net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI), Panasonic, Pelco, Sony, Verint and Vicon.
