Veracity Welcomes Stephen Jones as U.S. Midwest Regional Manager

Veracity, a provider of connectivity and transmission solutions for IP video, has appointed Stephen Jones as a regional manager covering the Midwestern United States across the northeast and central states. Jones joins Veracity from surveillance data storage and analytics specialist Intransa.

Jones joins Veracity as it continues to expand its operations in the United States, with the company doubling its number of employees last year. Jones has more than 20 years of senior level experience in developing, marketing and selling enterprise video and security solutions. After graduating from Cornerstone University based at Grand Rapids, Mich., Jones worked for East Coast security integrator and guarding company Vector Security, progressing to a senior management position.

He joined GE Security (now UTC) in 1999 as a territory manager for the Midwest, progressing to national accounts manager, with a track record of successful sales development. Jones has recently held regional sales manager roles for Mitsubishi, with his last role as Midwest regional sales manager for Intransa. At Intransa, He sold and managed the rollout of a 110 site project and was also responsible for adding Intransa into more than 100 projects through a successful A&E (Architects and Engineers) specifier programme.

Veracity has recently moved to offices in Glen Rock, N.J. Jones will be based from his home in Canfield, Ohio to serve Veracity’s growing Midwest-based customer base.
