Inovonics Names Victoria Naugle VP of Finance and Accounting

Inovonics, a provider of high-performance wireless sensor networks for commercial and life safety applications, announced it has selected Victoria Naugle as its vice president of finance and accounting. With almost two decades of experience, Naugle adds significant operations and finance acumen to Inovonics’ executive team.

Naugle will direct the company’s overall financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, cash management and financial statement preparation. She brings direct senior level experience in building financial programs and policies that have been proven to reduce costs, control losses and improve administrative and operational efficiencies previously at leading organizations, such as Boston University, IBM and Microsoft Corp.

“We are excited to have Victoria join our team. She brings great strategic experience, such as financial planning, analysis and business acumen, combining sales, sales operations and marketing input,” said Mark Jarman, president of Inovonics. “She has deep knowledge of driving implementation of metrics and management systems while following best practices. In addition, she has created programs that support growth and profit, providing analysis of business cases for major solutions and projects. We look forward to her contributions to Inovonics’ ongoing success.”

Prior to joining Inovonics, Naugle served as vice president, financial planning and analysis at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital Corp. Previous to that, she worked at Microsoft Corp. as senior finance manager and controller.

“I look forward to joining Inovonics where I can put my skills and experience to the test to help the company in its desire to move into new markets and enter the next stage of its lifecycle,” said Naugle. “It is a fantastic opportunity and I look forward to working hand-in-hand with a great team of people and achieving new milestones of results.”
