3VR’s Video Intelligence Platform Integrates With Software House C•CURE 9000

3VR Inc. recently announced the integration of its Video Intelligence Platform (VIP) with Software House, part of Tyco Security Products C•CURE 9000 security and event management system.

This enables 3VR customers to easily create custom video views, tours, control PTZ cameras and associate video with any access control alarm or event.

3VR’s Video Intelligence Management System (VIMS) and Video Intelligence PlatformTM (VIP) appliances enable organizations to effectively search, mine and leverage video to help mitigate physical and identity fraud, automated teller machine (ATM) skimming, reporting on compliance issues and to better serve and retain customers.

When integrated into Software House’s C•CURE 9000, recorded video clips can be viewed directly from the C•CURE 9000 interface allowing operators to instantly access, monitor, and simultaneously view live and recorded video from IP cameras. Built-in playback controls and tools for detection and investigation significantly decrease the time needed to perform searches and analytics.

“The Software House C•CURE 9000 integration brings to life the vision we had for VIMS, an open architecture that will allow 3VR customers to deploy a wide variety of applications that turn the tremendous amount of data we are able to extract from their video surveillance systems into actionable business intelligence,” said Al Shipp, CEO of 3VR.

“The integration of C•CURE 9000 and 3VR VIP provides an exceptional solution for managing security,” said Jeremy Krinitt, senior product manager of strategic integrations at Tyco Security Products. “Our customers now can correlate access information and video to quickly and effectively build a case around security events.”
