Did You See What I Saw at ISC West?

Just like the old days, ISC West 2013 was packed with visitors, and exhibitors were stacked wall to wall with questions and inquiries. Day Two of ISC West was busier that opening day. I'm sure everyone is pleased with the turnout.

The question I always get, that I've not really known how to answer, is, "Did you see anything interesting today."

I can never really explain everything I've seen that I think is interesting but here's the trick to finding the most in demand products. Put on your most comfortable shoes and make the entire circuit of the tradeshow floor.

I promise, the 10 miles you put on your legs and feet will be worth the journey. Pack some cold water for the trip.

One product I find with interest is from Moog. They are releasing two new EXO high definition cameras. It is intended to supple commercial, military and government customers via the network using H.264 high profile compression. Their EXO GeminEye camera system also is available as a PTZ visible and/or thermal solution.

I took a little time out last evening to visit with friends, David George (System Sensor) and Beth Welch (Honeywell Fire) for dinner at the MGM Grand and a show (KA). I thought I worked hard, but these entertainers perform at every level and angle. Everyone should see a show while in Las Vegas.

The final day of ISC West 2013 is today. Show floor traffic has been incredible. I'm guessing tomorrow will be no different.
