Monitronics Wins ESX Maximum Impact Award

Monitronics Wins ESX Maximum Impact AwardMonitronics and its exclusive “eContract” application for Monitronics Authorized Dealers received the ESX Maximum Impact Award in the “Best Accessories & Aids: Mobile Applications” category Wednesday at ESX 2013 in Nashville, Tenn.

The ESX Maximum Impact Awards comprise 26 categories that recognize best-in-class alarm equipment, security industry services and video security.

Designed to eliminate the hard-copy paperwork traditionally filled out for a new customer contract, the eContract app is now available in the Monitronics Dealer Program. Salespeople are now able to complete an electronic version of each contract in the customer’s home on an iPad or Android tablet.

Monitronics dealers have found eContract to be a convenient and cost-effective alternative to shipping paper contracts to multiple locations. It’s designed to centralize funding processes and reduce potential mistakes that arise from filling out traditional paperwork.

“eContract offers greater efficiency to sales reps and their customers while also providing a green alternative to hard-copy paperwork,” said Vice President Operations at Monitronics Bruce Mungiguerra. “We’re pleased with the feedback our partnering dealers have given us about this new application, and we continue to leverage technology to provide them with new, more convenient options as they grow their businesses.”
