Monitronics Announces Partnership with Icontrol Networks

Monitronics announced that it has selected Icontrol Networks for a partnership that will add powerful new products and services for Monitronics’ network of more than 600 authorized dealers.

Icontrol, a provider of advanced security and home automation technology, offers an interactive solution that combines a 3G radio, Wi-Fi, Z-Wave and video technologies for use with security control panels from leading manufacturers.

Icontrol Networks’ platforms currently manage more than 26 million sensors and devices worldwide. The platforms provide an open, standards-based system designed to integrate with existing smart devices, as well as the steady stream of new technology that continues to emerge at a rapid pace.

Bruce Mungiguerra, senior vice president of Operations for Monitronics, said that Icontrol’s proven record of success, quality and technological innovation were all major factors in its selection as a partner. He also said that the company’s dealers will soon have yet another attractive option for creating technology solutions that are tailored to a customer’s needs and lifestyle.
