North American Video Opens New Office in Pacific Northwest

Demonstrating its commitment to customers in the Pacific Northwest, North American Video (NAV) has opened a new office in Everett, Washington, which is centrally located within the state’s primary gaming area.

“While NAV has operated a small office in Arlington, Washington, for a number of years, we decided that in order to provide the highest quality service, we needed a larger facility based in an area that is conveniently situated to where our customers are located,” said Dan Scroggins, director of sales and marketing for NAV. “An added benefit of this new location is the ability to also deliver exceptional service to our commercial customer base in the region.”

The new location is fully staffed with a team of technicians; a large warehouse that enables staging of large gaming projects, as well as a state-of-the-art demo room which allows customers to experience the latest surveillance technology in a comfortable environment.

“The new facility and location provide us with all the space, demonstration capabilities and functionality we need to deliver the superior service our customers expect and deserve,” said Ben Olson, NAV’s branch manager, Pacific Northwest.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
