Monkey Drop Kicks Young Man in Retaliation of Gesture

Plain and simple: It’s amazing the footage that security cameras capture.

In the Northern city of Shimla, India, belligerent and rather ornery Simian monkeys roam freely, causing problems for tourists and locals who visit the Jakhoo temple that is ironically dedicated to the monkey god Hanuman. These primates run in gangs, seeking food and other eye-catching trinkets, and when they find their prize, they rob people, especially tourists who don’t know about them. Although these monkeys are mostly seeking to fill their stomach with tasty morsels, some tourists have had cameras and wallets stolen as well as pockets and bags rummaged.

The following CCTV footage records a rather humorous scene as people casually stroll past a market area of the city:
