Potential Threat Leads to Navy Increasing Security in Philadelphia

As a result of threat, the U.S. Navy increased its “force protection” at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia today.

According to a report, the Navy Yard dismissed non-essential personnel for the day, but the Yard remained open. Independent companies at the Yard were not evacuated and visitors were still welcome to enter the area.

The threat is unknown, and the Navy didn’t disclose any other details.
