Hikvision Canada Office Opens

Hikvision is pleased to announce that the Hikvision Canada Inc. branch office will open on August 4. The office, located near Montreal, represents the company’s strong commitment to the Canadian market and speaks to its rapid growth in Canada, North America, and across the globe.

Since announcing the creation of Hikvision Canada Inc. in January, Hikvision has fortified its relationships with Canadian customers by bringing on a sales director for Canada, Lorne Terry, as well as ramping up sales support and engineering support there. The new office, in St. Laurent, QC, will serve as home base for product support, technical support, and quality assurance, with staff fluent in English and French.

“This is an important move for the company as we continue to establish our strong position in the Canadian market, where the company significantly increases sales growth year over year,” Terry remarked.

A recent IHS report announced Hikvision as the number one manufacturer of CCTV equipment in the world, and North America is one of the fastest growing markets for the company. The company’s success in North America is due to market share and on its paramount focus on customer satisfaction. Hikvison’s Dealer Partner program and A&E program play a critical role, as do its dedication to outstanding technical support, engineering support, and customer service.

“Hikvision is making history in Canada by establishing the Quebec office,” stated Jeffrey He, president of Hikvision Canada Inc. and Hikvision USA Inc. “Our strong partnerships in the Canadian market and our commitment to better serving our Canadian customers has come to fruition in the form of the Canada branch office. As the company grows in North America, we are proud to provide the localized service our customers need.”
