STOPware Announces PassagePoint Certification with Stratus everRun

STOPware, a provider of Visitor Management technology, announces certification of its flagship product, PassagePoint, with Stratus Technologies' everRun software at the 62nd ASIS Annual Seminar and Exhibits, September 12-15, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.

Stratus' everRun is continuous availability virtualization software that prevents downtime, ensures business continuity and maintains data integrity by keeping applications up and running – easily and affordably. This certification will provide PassagePoint customers with a "fully certified" redundancy solution allowing zero interruption, and no data loss should customers encounter a server failure. If there is a problem with one server, the system automatically runs on the second server.

"Now that Visitor Management has become an integral part of many company's security infrastructure, it is even more important that visitor processing & tracking can occur without any interruptions." said Paul Terschuren, CEO of STOPware. "When our customers require more advanced features, we make product enhancements and form partnerships to ensure the high-level of customer satisfaction required to continue to lead the market in the visitor management space. This certification does just that."

"Companies are looking for enhanced protection and access controls to protect the people and assets inside their buildings," said Jason Andersen, Vice President of Business Line Management of Stratus Technologies. "This is especially important when it comes to visitor processing and tracking applications where any interruption or data loss could have significant consequences. everRun's downtime prevention capabilities with performance monitoring provide the most reliable foundation for PassagePoint users."

Both STOPware's PassagePoint and Stratus' everRun are deployed in hundreds of installations worldwide – Airports, universities, manufacturing plants, public safety centers, retail environments and health care organizations, making this certification and partnership the perfect solution for thousands of customers worldwide.
