3VR Hires Security Veteran Douglas Florence as Western Sales Director

Florence brings deep experience in security, surveillance, business continuity planning, and investigation operations in gaming, retail, and corporate security.

3VR today announced Douglas Florence joined the company as Senior Sales Director for the western United States and Asia Pacific. Board-certified in security management, Florence brings deep experience in security, surveillance, business continuity planning, and investigation operations in gaming, retail, and corporate security.

Florence joins 3VR from Avigilon, where he served as Business Development Director. He has also held senior security and surveillance roles at M Resort Spa Casino, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, The Mirage, and Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Earlier in his career, he worked in loss prevention for Grand Central Department Stores, Neiman Marcus, Bullock’s, Macy’s and Broadway Department stores. A subject matter expert in digital video technology, gaming, retail, and corporate security operations, Florence has appeared in numerous casino news media and has published frequent articles in gaming and security trade publications.
