Winsted Corp. Focuses on Growth Following Acquisition

New hires with industry-leading experience join expanding team

Winsted Corp, has announced they’re prioritizing growth following their 2019 acquisition by Pathfinder Companies, LLC. The announcement comes on the heels of a series of employee hires, a new website and a refreshed focus on product development.

“Winsted’s experts are committed to providing innovative solutions combining industrial design, ergonomics and interior design to create efficient and eye-catching control room consoles,” said Randy Smith, president of Winsted. “We are excited to be working toward expanded offerings and growing our team of skilled professionals.”

Winsted is welcoming a number of industry experts to their team, including:

Shaun Lindbald, director of engineering. Lindbald brings with him more than a decade of product design experience. As part of Winsted’s refreshed focus on product development, Lindbald will be charged with expanding Winsted’s robust control room offerings and bringing new, innovative products to the market.

Dan Sandager, director of customer service. Leading the Winsted inside sales team, Sandager has a passion for people and processes. He has held a variety of progressive leadership roles and has been instrumental in the growth of a number of businesses.

Chris Prince, south-central regional sales manager. Based in Texas, Prince is joining Winsted as the south-central regional manager and will be responsible for sales in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. Prince is well respected in the industry and has more than 25 years of experience.

Elizabeth Karadizian, western region manager. Elizabeth has been working in control room design since the 1990s and brings with her an extensive knowledge of Winsted products and offerings, as well as top-of-the-line customer service skills.

“Winsted’s commitment to customer service is second-to-none,” Smith said. “We are thrilled to be growing our business with the addition of new experts, a fresh online presence and new innovative solutions coming down the pipeline.”

The refreshed Winsted website offers new navigation and a wealth of resources, including free WELS design software and an easy to use estimating tool.
