LocklyPRO and Wodify Integrate Smart Access Solutions

Gym owners can now manage facility entry and security monitoring directly through their existing business management software.

Fitness facilities often struggle with the manual overhead of managing member access and physical security. A new integration between LocklyPRO and Wodify aims to solve this by embedding commercial smart lock control directly into the gym management interface.

The collaboration allows gym operators to oversee entrances, sliding doors, and specialized locksets from the same platform they use for billing and class scheduling. By syncing membership status with access permissions, the system automates entry for authorized members and staff, reducing the need for manual code management or physical key distribution.

As part of the agreement, Wodify will act as a reseller for LocklyPRO hardware. When new facilities join the platform, they can source integrated smart locks—such as the Guard Defender and Guard Latch series—directly through their account managers. LocklyPRO will handle fulfillment and provide referrals for local installation.

The integration is currently live for Wodify users, with the full hardware reseller program scheduled to be operational by late April.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
