BAYCOM Ranks Top Five in Motorola Solutions Partner Awards

The recognition honors the company’s performance in delivering mission-critical communication and integrated security technology.

BAYCOM has been named a 2025 Motorola Solutions Empower Circle winner, ranking fifth globally among more than 6,000 professional and commercial radio channel partners.

The award represents the highest level of recognition for Motorola Solutions’ independent distributors and resellers. BAYCOM was selected for outperforming key benchmarks within its peer group, specifically for its work with manufacturers, utilities, schools and public safety agencies.

“The Empower Circle award recognizes partners who consistently exceed expectations in supporting customers’ mission-critical needs,” said Scott Adler, corporate vice president of Global PCR Sales at Motorola Solutions.

The company provides a range of technology, including two-way radios, evidence capture, license plate recognition and integrated safety ecosystems. These systems often combine video security, access control, AI analytics and smart sensors.

To support these deployments, the company operates a Lifeline Technology Center and a Systems Acceptance Lab in Madison, Wisconsin. The facilities allow technicians to simulate real-world scenarios and conduct pre-deployment testing to validate custom-configured systems before they go live.

The company has expanded its reach significantly in recent years, adding nearly 3,000 new customers over the last five years.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
