German Security Provider Adopts AI Video Analytics Platform

This strategic partnership integrates Actuate’s real-time threat detection software into WSD's permanent security’s nationwide monitoring operations.

Businesses across Germany will now have access to automated threat detection following a strategic partnership between WSD permanent security GmbH and AI developer Actuate.

The collaboration brings Actuate’s artificial intelligence software to WSD’s established security service portfolio, which includes guarding, remote monitoring and alarm response. The integration allows WSD to provide "smart" surveillance capabilities to clients without requiring the installation of new camera hardware.

Actuate’s platform uses AI to identify specific security risks in real time, such as intruders, weapons, loitering and slip-and-fall incidents. By utilizing a cloud-based system, the software integrates with existing digital infrastructure to analyze video feeds and alert security personnel to potential emergencies.

The move is intended to streamline security operations by reducing false alarms and accelerating response times for facilities protection. By leveraging a software-centric model, the partnership offers a scalable way for large-scale German enterprises to upgrade their safety protocols through proactive monitoring.
