Brivo Opens London Office to Support UK Expansion

Cloud security provider debuts AI-driven unified platform and regional headquarters to serve growing enterprise demand across the United Kingdom.

A global leader in cloud-native physical security has established a new regional office in London to support an expanding customer base throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The facility includes dedicated spaces for technical support, sales engineering and training. The expansion follows the December 2025 merger between Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks, marking a significant increase in the company’s European infrastructure.

The company is scheduled to debut its latest security suite at The Security Event in Birmingham from April 28-30. The showcase focuses on a unified platform that integrates access control, video intelligence, visitor management and intrusion detection into a single interface.

“The UK is our fastest-growing market in Europe,” said Rishi Lodhia, Brivo managing director for EMEA. Lodhia noted that the region’s high density of existing security systems provides a significant opportunity for digital upgrades.

The platform is designed to work with legacy hardware, allowing enterprises to modernize their security without replacing existing cameras or wiring. The system utilizes an open API to integrate with third-party technologies.

New AI-driven features being introduced to the market include remote video monitoring, specialized vehicle detection and an AI video agent named Eeva. According to company leadership, these tools are designed to help businesses anticipate threats and gain operational insights while managing large-scale infrastructure.
