Office furniture wrapped up for move

Brinks Home Moves Headquarters to Modern Dallas Facility

The smart home security giant relocates to a 27,000-square-foot Class A office space in Farmers Branch to support its hybrid work model.

One of North America’s largest smart home security providers completed its corporate headquarters relocation to a Class A office suite within the Park West complex on the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

The new 27,000-square-foot office space was custom-built on the building's seventh floor. Designed in partnership with architecture firm BHA and HRNCIR Construction, the compact footprint is specifically optimized for a remote-first hybrid operating model, prioritizing collaboration spaces over traditional large-office layouts.

The corporate move also involved a significant infrastructure upgrade to the company's business continuity operations. As part of the transition, the firm shifted its backup data center to an independent off-site location. This geographical separation from the primary headquarters is designed to provide greater operational resilience and data redundancy for its consumer security network.

Local civic leadership assisted in the site selection, which offers commuter access for hybrid employees alongside property amenities including specialized conference facilities, fitness centers and electric vehicle charging stations.

The relocation project began planning in late 2025, with construction launching early the following year and concluding with an official ribbon-cutting event at the new facility.
