SIA Announces Program for AcceleRISE 2026 Conference

The Security Industry Association expands its educational and networking lineup for emerging security leaders ahead of the August 2026 event.

The Security Industry Association has unveiled the official programming and speaker lineup for its upcoming AcceleRISE conference, an educational event tailored for young professionals and emerging leaders within the security sector.

The three-day conference focuses on professional development, leadership strategies and business acumen tailored to the next generation of security talent. Attendees will participate in a mix of instructional sessions, interactive workshops and peer networking events.

Educational sessions will cover a variety of industry-specific and leadership topics, including physical security operations, building corporate business cases for security investments, navigating organizational change and managing cybersecurity risks within physical security systems. Other sessions will address professional growth, focusing on career mentorship, workplace visibility and networking strategies.

The programming also features interactive events, including a panel discussion focused on industry conversations, a debate regarding the necessity of technical expertise for leadership roles, a competitive race event and professional networking receptions.

A diverse group of industry experts will anchor the speaker lineup, representing organizations such as Amazon, Meta, HID, Wesco and ASSA ABLOY. Industry professionals specializing in engineering, business development, digital marketing and global security operations will lead the discussions.

The conference is organized by the association’s RISE community, which provides year-round career resources, mentorship programs and networking initiatives for security professionals who are under 40 or have fewer than two years of experience in the industry.
